As a credit union, we have members, not customers. We serve the men and women of the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, the civilian employees of the Department of Defense and their families. We have no stockholders-no outside third parties to exert influence. We operate under democratic control.

Each member has one vote in annual elections regardless of the amount of money they have deposited in the credit union. Since we are not for profit, our surplus funds, after ensuring reserves, are distributed to members as dividends, reduced interest on loans and improved services.
