We wish to inform you that as of March 1, 2013, the services that CNIC Support Center provides will be changing.
We will continue to provide support for these listed programs/applications, Monday-Friday 0700-2000 EST, excluding holidays:
• C4I Suite including C4I WAAN: CDNS, ATNS, GV/IV
• CAC Services (PAS, CPR, TASS)
• Public Website
• Citrix Services including WINIATS, DMO and HURREVAC
• Reserve Telecom
• Funeral Honors
All after hour emergent C3P Ashore issues including PSNet, C4I Suite and ELMR should be directed to the PSNet NOC: 877-983-0389.
All after hour pier connectivity customer issues are directed to call their servicing NCTAMS/NCTS.
All other after hour issues may leave a message and we will return your call during normal working hours.
As a direct result of CR and sequestration, we will cease support on March 1, 2013 for these listed services:
• NMCI (MACS, Cryptographic Logon, SW Requests, WG Tool Requests, Account Requests, Asset requests, NET and Order Mods
• HQ and Regional Telecom Support including NDW, Hawaii and Guam
• CNRNW N6 Support Services, including after hours support
• SW Pier Umbilical Support
