Ombudsman Program Command Leadership Toolkit
This Toolkit is designed to provide command leadership with Navy Family Ombudsman Program information and support. It includes program information, checklists and forms to assist the command with all aspects of the Ombudsman Program including selection, appointment, and support of command ombudsman. Familiarization with this content will enable command leadership to more fully and effectively support their command Navy Family Ombudsman Program.
This Toolkit is organized into seven main sections as well as a section containing customizable Word documents. The first seven sections each have a principal document which describes essential information on that particular topic. From each principal document there are links to supporting documentation such as checklists, further information and forms.
The Ombudsman Program Command Leadership Toolkit is provided for your information as a service of the CNIC Fleet and Family Support Program. For further information and resources contract your local Fleet and Family Support Center.
The entire Toolkit is available on disc. Contact your local Fleet and Family Support Centers. Reserve Commanding Officers can contact their Family Support Administrator at the Regional Component Command.
