Through information and referral, education and training and financial counseling the Navy’s Personal Financial Management program address the financial education needs of Sailors and their families and addresses the Navy’s need to keep personnel focused on mission readiness.
Personal Financial Management Overview
The Navy's Personal Financial Management (PFM) education program was established to combat financial mismanagement and provide proactive training to Sailors and their families.
Command Financial Specialist
Command Financial Specialist (CFS) are trained to provide financial education and training, counseling, and information referral at the command level.
