USS Florida Holds Change of Command

Capt. Gregory M. Ott relieved Capt. Randy B. Crites as commanding officer of the Ohio-class cruise missile submarine. Crites took command of Florida in February 2009, after the ship returned from its maiden deployment. Under the command of Crites, the ship completed two forward deployments, which included three missions vital to national security.
