Forest City Military Communities was selected by the Department of the Navy to oversee the modernization, management and maintenance operations of all previous government owned military family housing located at Naval Station Great Lakes, which includes Forrestal, Halsey, Nimitz, Mainside and Hospital Cove housing areas, as well as housing neighborhood areas located at Fort Sheridan and Glenview, Illinois.
