Services
PSD Guam provides consolidated pay and personnel services to over 2,400 Navy service members on Guam. Additionally, we provide passenger transportation services for over 4,500 DoD personnel and their families and ID Card services for DoD personnel, their families, and retired military members.
Location
PSD is located in Building 5 onboard U.S. Naval Base Guam. Our Navy Passenger Transportation Office (NAVPTO) is located in the same building. To reach Building 5, turn off Marine Corps Drive onto Chapel Road and proceed to the last row of buildings on the right. PSD Guam is the second building, adjacent to the Branch Medical Clinic.
