Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC)
The Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) staff are selected and trained for their subject matter experience in the programs in which they work. They all are dedicated professionals committed to enhancing the quality of life for service members and their families. Counselors who provide individual, marital and family counseling and family advocacy services are licensed (or working towards licensure) Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, or Psychologists having the same professional training and credentials as TRICARE and local community mental health counselors. They also have special training and/or experience to assist Sailors and family members meet the unique challenges of the military lifestyle. FFSC’s Main office is NBG Bldg 106. Counseling/FAP services are provided out of NBG Bldg. 104. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 0730-1630. Some classes/workshops are offered after normal working hours.
