USS Mustin to visit Ishikari

 YOKOSUKA //  

 The U.S. Navy announced today that USS Mustin (DDG 89), forward deployed to Yokosuka as part of the 7th Fleet’s operating forces, will be making a short goodwill visit to Ishikari, Hokkaido, in the near future.

 

EA-18G Growlers to replace EA-6B Prowlers

YOKOSUKA // Feb. 3, 2012

The U.S. Navy announced today that the Navy’s newest electronic warfare aircraft will become part of the forward deployed naval forces (FDNF), operating out of Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, Japan. The Navy is mindful of operations affecting the Atsugi community, and places great emphasis on working closely with its neighbors in Japan.

 

USS Blue Ridge to visit Tomakoma

YOKOSUKA // Feb. 2, 2012

USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), flagship of Commander U.S, 7th Fleet operating out of Yokosuka, Japan will make a brief goodwill visit to Tomakomai, Hokkaido, commencing 3 February 2012.
