    Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Korea

    Rear Adm. McQuilkin graduated from the University of Florida and received his commission through Officer Candidate School, Newport, R.I. in June 1983. He holds a Master of Science degree in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Arts degree in Military History from the Army Command and General Staff College.

    McQuilkin has deployed to the North Atlantic, Mediterranean, and Arabian Gulf.

    CAPT Randall H. Martin

    Chief of Staff, U.S. Naval Forces Korea

    Captain Randall H. Martin was born in the Commonwealth of Virginia and enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1980. After recruit training in Orlando, Florida and advanced technical field training in Great Lakes, Illinois, he served as a crewmember in the Surface Effect Ship (SES 200). He then attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School in Newport, Rhode Island, and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1988.

    Master Chief Mamudu Karim Cole

    Command Master Chief, U.S. Naval Forces Korea

    Master Chief Petty Officer Mamudu Karim Cole is a native of Freetown, Sierra Leone. On Dec. 17, 1990, Cole enlisted in the U.S. Navy and attended basic training in San Diego.

    Upon successful completion of basic training, he attended Hospital Corpsman “A” school at Naval Medical Training Center, San Diego. Following “A” school, Cole reported to Naval Aerospace Medicine Institute in Pensacola, Fla. for Aerospace Medicine “C” school.
