Command Career Counselor
Mission
To provide all enlisted Sailors the opportunity for optimal
development of their professional skills, both military and
technical, thereby enhancing unit readiness, individual
upward mobility, job satisfaction and ultimately the
retention of the best qualified Sailors.
Vision
To ensure Sailors are provided the guidance necessary to
make informed career decisions based on current Navy
policies, programs and procedures through the effective
management, direction, development, and training of the
Career Development Team (CDT).

Our Career Development Team’s objective is to assist in
the building of successful careers for our Sailors. Our
program engages the entire chain of command and provides
a means to guarantee continuity in Career Development
efforts and individual professional growth within the Sailor
Continuum.
