All requests must be submitted in writing before consideration for acceptance. Please complete the following Civilian Request Form, and e-mail a signed copy to nbne.ops@navy.mil. You can also send a signed copy by physical mail to:

Submission of your letter does not guarantee acceptance, but constitutes an official request for musical support. All requests are reviewed to determine whether regulations permit Navy Band support for your event. Requests are processed on a first come first served basis. Military events are normally confirmed no earlier than 90 days prior to the event. Civilian events are normally confirmed no earlier than 60 days prior to the event. All band engagements are subject to preemption by President, Naval War College.
