SEVENTH Naval Construction Regiment provides optimal engineer forces to support global combat, humanitarian and contingency operations by exercising command and control over three subordinate battalions and driving training and readiness for over 1,800 Seabees. The SEVENTH Regiment is located onboard NAVSTA Newport and reports to FIRST Naval Construction Division, Little Creek, VA.
