DEERS
Verify enrollment and addresses of your family members here: DEERS. Family members may be refused treatment or entrance to medical facilities without DEERS enrollment. The Identification Card Issuing Office can assist with DEERS enrollment problems. For more information, call 757-462-5319. The DEERS enrollment customer service hours are 0730 to 1600, Monday through Friday. Be advised, processing requests for DEERS services may be secured prior to 1600 to allow sufficient processing time.
Identification Card Issuance
The Naval Station Norfolk ID Card Issuing Office serves active duty, retired and reserve members, including their eligible family members. The ID issuance office is open for customer service from 0730 to 1600, Monday through Friday. Be advised, processing requests for ID Card services may be secured prior to 1600 to allow sufficient processing time.
Transportation
Transportation in connection with official orders for commercial airline tickets and confirmed Air Mobility Command (AMC) flights are processed in the Passenger Transportation Department.
