Fitness and Sports

The goal of the Navy Fitness Program is to create "Fitness for Life" for the entire Navy, including active-duty Sailors, family members and DoD civilians. Individual and group instruction is available from certified fitness professionals in cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility and nutrition.

The Aquatics Program offers year round fitness swim, swimming lessons, swimming clinics, aqua aerobics and scuba lessons conducted by certified instructors.

Intramural Sports programs are available year round and include Volleyball, Wallyball, Tennis, In-Line Hockey, Golf, Bowling, Racquetball, Basketball, Ping Pong, Softball, and Flag Football.
