Provide quality and professional customer services that meets the needs of all military service men, women, and their family members applying for PPV and off-base civilian housing within the local Patuxent River Naval Air Station area.

Directions
- When driving to Patuxent River NAS, take MD 234 South, MD 4 South or MD 5 South off of US 301. MD 4 and MD 5 also exit off of I-95 (the Beltway).
- MD 234 South will merge onto MD 5 South. Make left turn onto MD 246 (Great Mills Road). The bases’ Gate 2 will be approximately 4 miles ahead. For Gate 1, turn left on MD 235 North and follow signs.
- From MD 4 South – Cross the Thomas Johnson Bridge. At the stoplight, turn left on MD 235 South. The base will be approximately 5 miles down on the left.
- From MD 5 South – MD 5 South becomes MD 235 near Charlotte Hall (20 miles south of Waldorf). Continue straight on MD 235. The base is approximately 10 miles south on the left. Follow signs for Gate 1 or Gate 2.
Housing Referral Services/Lincoln Military Housing Office: Enter Gate 1 (right lane), merge right at traffic light onto Cuddihy Road, we are located on the right in Building 2371.

Lincoln Military Housing was selected by the Department of the Navy to oversee the modernization, management and maintenance operations of all previous government owned military family housing located at Patuxent River, which includes Carpenter Park, Challenger Estates, Columbia Colony, Glenn Forest, Gold Coast, Lovell Cove, and Solomons Annex.

Military members must contact the housing office before making any arrangements for housing in the local community. Housing referral service is provided to military, civilian and contractor employees and their family members. This service assists in the location of suitable, non-discriminatory, affordable housing in the community through rental⁄sales listings by owners and local real estate offices. The foyer area of the Housing Service Center is open 24 hours with information on the surrounding area. To view listings online, please visit www.ahrn.com.
