Noise Advisory

Communities surrounding Naval Air Station Patuxent River are advised that noise-generating testing is scheduled to take place Saturday, January 28, 2012. Low-level jet aircraft flights are required in order to conduct aircraft testing. Testing is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Residents may notice increased noise levels due to these training operations.

As with all operations, NAS Patuxent River takes precautions to lessen the impact of testing and training activities on the community.

Next month, Ward and a crew of fellow NAVAIR employees will compete in the biennial Bermuda Ocean Race between Annapolis, Md. and St. George's, Bermuda aboard Ward's 2011 Beneteau First 40.7, the Crocodile.

Transition to Electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs) Summary
