Installation Information

Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam delivers the best service in base operating support to supported and tenant commands to enable operational mission success while simultaneously providing the highest quality of installation services, facilities support and quality of life programs.
 

The Community Events Board (CEB) is a committee chaired by the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) Chief Staff Officer (CSO) or Deputy Chief Staff Officer (DCSO) that provides adjudication on community requests to conduct events on JBPHH that will benefit the installation and its members/families. For those interested in submitting requests for CEB approval, please visit here


DoD Civilian Retiree ID Cards will be completely phased out and replaced by DBIDS cards no later than August 31.  JB PHH issued Civilian Retiree DBIDS cards will provide access to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and associated annexes only.  The DBIDS card will not work at any other installations. For more information, please visit here.

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) hosted a tour of the Sea-Based X-band Radar (SBX) on Ford Island at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, March 2, 2023. Members of local media were given the opportunity to tour the SBX-1, known to the locals as the giant “golf ball”. After a record 662 days at sea, the SBX-1 is undergoing regular maintenance and system upgrades. The MDA says it’s the world’s largest, most powerful mobile radar of its kind.
