NBVC has a wide variety of Food and Beverage establishments to meet a wide variety of needs, including private functions. The Bard Mansion on Port Hueneme offers buffet lunches on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is an elegant setting perfect for lunch or functions. The Bard has both a ballroom and separate meeting rooms, perfect for training, meetings, family events, promotion celebrations, weddings, parties, etc. Dukes ballroom, Port Heuneme may also be reserved for larger events. We welcome you in grand style to the Bard Mansion, former residence of State Senator Thomas Bard and his wife Mollie.

The Flightline Cafe and Recreation Center is located at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu just down the road from Building 1. Serving food from 6 am-7 pm, the Flightline features Starbucks Coffee, including all your favorites such as lattes, macchiatos and frappuccino. In addition to soft drinks, beer and wine are also available. The Flightline features a full fresh cooked breakfast menu along with pastries and breakfast burritos. The lunch/dinner menu includes sandwiches, burgers, salads, soups, pizza and pasta, along with a daily $6.95 special.
