Our Mission
The Fleet and Family Support Center provides unified, customer focused, consistent and efficient FFSC programs and services to support sustained mission and Navy Readiness. We provide the right services at the right time to strengthen personal and family competencies to meet the unique challenges of the military lifestyle.
Our Principles
Professionals at the Fleet and Family Support Center are focused on assisting military and eligible military SOFA sponsored civilian personnel and their families with the challenges of prolonged family separations, single service member isolation and frequent relocation.
We share the common goal of keeping healthy individuals and families strong with Naval commands in Yokosuka. We offer community-based support programs that identify, prevent and resolve individual and family concerns.
Services are offered through three coordinated support divisions- Deployment Readiness, Career Support and Retention, and Crisis Response. Each division provides specialized professional information and assistance to military commands, service members, US Civilians, and family members.
