All the schools at NCO Rota offer accelerated terms and accept non-traditional (SMART and DANTES exam) credit toward degrees.

Central Texas College

CTC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and offers Associate Degrees in:

  • Associate in Applied Science in Criminal Justice
  • Associate in Applied Science in Early Childhood Education.
  • Automotive/Fire Protection Program

Each degree plan requires 64 to 71 credit hours of coursework. Students attending Central Texas College may receive financial assistance from a variety of sources.

CTC offers Certification of Completion in:

  • Criminal Justice
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Emergency Medical Technology Certification
    (Prepares you to take the National Registry Exam)

The Certification requires 30-33 hours of CORE courses.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) 

Embry-Riddle, a world leader in aviation, provides men and women with superior education and the opportunity to compete with top professionals in aviation and aerospace fields. (Aviation experience not required for all degree programs)

Programs at Rota:

  • Aviation Maintenance Technology Certificate
    {Type 65}-Preparation for FAA Airframes and/or Power plants examinations
  • Aviation Safety Certification (18 credit hours)
  • Occupational Safety & Health Certificate (24 credit hours)
  • Supply & Chain Management Certificate (12 credit hours)
  • Security & Intelligence Certification (24 credits hours)
  • Associate Degrees in Aircraft Maintenance, Professional Aeronautics and Technical Management
  • Bachelor’s Degrees in Professional Aeronautics and Technical Management. These degrees allow from 24-36 credit hours of transfer credit from your SMART or CCAF transcripts alone! Many credits also accepted from other college level courses.
  • Distance Learning courses at the undergraduate level.
  • Master if Aeronautical Science- 7 Specialties available (Safety, Aeronautical, Management, Operations, Space Studies, Human Factors, Education Technology) -9 sh of transfers allowed

University of Maryland University College (UMUC) Europe 

UMUC Europe is a four-year university, which offers both face-to-face and distance education programs in Rota.

  • General Subjects – English, Social Sciences, Humanities, Cultural Studies, Foreign Languages, Business, Management and Computer Studies
  • Associate of Arts in General Studies, Computer Studies, Business, Management Studies
  • Bachelors of Arts/Science in English, Human Resources, History, Business, Management Studies, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Studies, Information Systems Management and other academic areas
  • Certificates in Spanish Studies, Accounting, Computers, Management, and Woman Studies
  • Weekend seminars are offered each term in which a student can earn one semester hour of credit
  • Master Degree Programs are available through online courses in a variety of areas: MA in Counseling Psychology, MEd. in Guidance & Counseling, MPA in Public Administration, MS in Management of Information Systems, MS in Information Management with specialization in homeland security management, telecommunications management informatics, e-business and more.
  • Graduate Certificates in Information Technology, Homeland Security Management, Information Assurance and Telecommunications Management.

University of Oklahoma 

University of Oklahoma offers a Master of Human Relation (MHR) on site. The MHR degree offers knowledge specializing in vast array of human resource development programs. A specific emphasis within a general curriculum may be individually designed for the students’ professional and personal goals.
