Electronic Service Records (ESR) - Get Access Now
All active duty and reserve personnel (less IRR) are now REQUIRED to establish and maintain a self-service ESR account within 60 days of the NAVADMIN

Information about transition to ESR

Self-Service Electronic Leave (E-Leave) is a Web-based program that Sailors can access through their Electronic Service Record.

Sailors who have not yet established a Self-Service ESR can create an account at*DoD or on the NSIPS server on board ship.
