Combined BOQ/BEQ
Wings Inn is the Consolidated Bachelor Quarters (CBQ) aboard NAS Whiting Field. The complex houses both the Bachelor Officer Quarters (BOQ) and the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ).
The BOQ is comprised of 120 living quarters. Officers are assigned a private bedroom and lounge area complete with a kitchenette, washer/dryer unit, and ceiling fans. Located within the complex is a barber shop, a lounge with large-screen television, physical fitness room, sauna and laundry facilities.
The BEQ is comprised of 160 two bedroom suites with a shared lounge area complete with kitchenette, and ceiling fans. Petty officers second class and above are assigned individual bedrooms. The complex has a centrally located vending machine room, a physical fitness facility with sauna, game room with ping-pong and pool tables, television lounge and laundry facilities. All rooms at the Wings Inn have been recently renovated and upgraded, reflecting the Navy's quality of living program.
The Navy Exchange facilities, and most recreational activities are within walking distance of the CBQ. The assignment desk for both the BOQ and BEQ is located in Sikes Hall (Bldg. 2942).
