Family and Unaccompanied Housing

The Housing Department provides the following services to DoD Civilians, accompanied and unaccompanied personnel (E5 and above) to assist with your housing needs:

Single Military Personnel (E-5 and Above), Accompanied Military and Civilian Personnel:

1. Optional; if you desire to provide an application in advance of your arrival provide a government housing application DD 1746 Form, along with a copy of your orders and detaching endorsement from your last permanent duty station (if available) and a copy of your current Page 2 (if on accompanied orders). You can fax your application and documents to the Housing Office at DSN (314) 266-1552 or commercial 011-30-282-102-1552. To contact a Referral Counselor.

2. The Navy has also developed the Housing Early Assistance Tool (HEAT) to assist service members and their families in applying for housing Navywide. The HEAT application is publicly available online and has no CAC Requirements. The HEAT application tool can be accessed at www.cnic.navy.mil/HEAT
