The Continuum Of Resource Education (C.O.R.E.) holds a quarterly Workshop/ Conference. These are open to all Navy, Marine, and Coast Guard spouses and in leadership positions. Topics are geared to meet the needs of the target group in order to help them meet the challenges they face filling these demanding positions. Workshop and Conference dates and registration forms are posted on this site when developed by the C.O.R.E. committee. Evening conferences are normally scheduled for January, April, July, a one day conference held in October, and a summer social in August. Contact FFSC for additional info.

Senior Spouse: The CO/XO Continuum Of Resource Education (C.O.R.E.) holds a quarterly conference. These are open to all Navy, Marine, and Coast Guard spouses in leadership positions. |

JO Spouse workshops are specific to a targeted audience of Navy, Marine, and Coast Guard Junior Officers Spouses to assist them in understanding their role as a JO Spouse. These workshops are normally scheduled in April and October. Evening workshops normally take place from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. These workshops are developed by Senior and Junior Officer spouses to meet the growing needs of the JO Spouse. |

CMC/COB Spouse: The Continuum Of Resource Education (C.O.R.E.) holds conferences for all Navy, Marine, and Coast Guard CMC/COB spouses and any other spouses in leadership positions. Topics are geared to meet the needs of this target group in order to help them meet the challenges they face filling these demanding positions. CPO Selectee Spouse: The Continuum Of Resource Education (C.O.R.E.) holds conferences for spouses of newly selected Chief Petty Officers. Conferences are held each year on the second Saturday in August. Topics are geared to meet the needs of this target group in order to help them meet the challenges they face filling these demanding positions. It provides information on military and community resources, roles of PCO/PXO spouses, and leadership/growth opportunities. This program is for spouses of Navy personnel who have recently been, or are about to be, commissioned LDO/CWO. Participants have an opportunity to share feelings and develop a better understanding of this transition. Topics include pre-commissioning feelings and concerns, changes that may occur in relationships with friends and peers, and social customs and traditions.
