The local Housing Service Center (HSC) processes applications and refers personnel to the Public-Private Venture (PPV) property management company. The property management company assigns personnel to PPV housing, and should be contacted for maintenance and resident matters. However, the HSC is your advocate, and you should contact them if you are not satisfied.
