The Housing Service Center (HSC) provides a number of services to help the Sailor and families enjoy their housing experience.

Sailors and their families have many resources available to them should they encounter issues with housing which they are unable to resolve with either the Public-Private Venture (PPV) partner or any civilian landlord.  Sailors should seek assistance from the chain of command, which is always available for guidance.  Additionally, Sailors and families can get assistance from the HSC by visiting, calling or emailing.

The HSC has a staff member who serves as the PPV liaison.  This staff member will help to resolve any housing issues a resident may have with the PPV partner or Balfour Beatty Communities.  If the resident has concerns or service calls which have not been addressed in a timely manner, they are to contact the PPV liaison immediately.

Sailors and families living in the community may also need assistance and guidance in dealing with issues which have not been satisfactorily addressed by the landlord.  The HSC wants to encourage these Service members and familes to contact the office for assistance.  Trained and experienced staff members are avaliable to assist with issue resolutions.
