Emergency Management

The mission of the Emergency Management Office is to develop, implement, and manage the Navy's premiere installation all-hazard emergency management program capable of preparing for, responding to, recovering from, and mitigating against both nature land man-made events to protect personnel, sustain critical missions, and restore essential missions within the NSA Bethesda area of responsibility.

In the event of an emergency onboard NSA Bethesda, dial 9-1-1 from any NSA landline or
301-295-1246 from a cellular phone.

Bethesda Maryland is vulnerable to many natural and manmade hazards.
