Walk-in hours: 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Tuesday – Saturday)

Appointments: 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Tuesday – Saturday)

Closed (Sunday – Monday)

Excluding Federal holidays.

*Walk-in hours may be reduced dependent upon the number of appointments or customers currently awaiting service. 

Remember to bring two forms of identification, such as a current Drivers License or identification card issued by a state or local government agency.

If sponsor is not present, you must provide either a Power of Attorney or a DD Form 1172 which must be verified and issued by DEERS and sponsor’s signature must be notarized.

Appointments are available to active duty, guard and reserve, DoD civilians and contractors, retirees, and disabled Veterans (DAV) members.  Dependents of active duty, reserve, retirees and DAV members are also able to make appointments online.
