    Vice Adm. Yancy B. Lindsey is a native of Phoenix, Arizona. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and holds Masters degrees from Marine Corps University and the University of San Diego. In addition, he completed a Federal Executive Fellowship at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

Bridges currently serves as Executive Director for Navy Installations Command, where he is the senior civilian responsible for policy, strategy, governance, and business management oversight for Navy shore support at 71 installations and 10 regions worldwide. He leads efforts to develop Navy-wide shore investment strategy, long-term planning, resource programming, and business management for the most efficient and effective delivery of shore support services to sustain and improve current and future fleet readiness and mission execution.

    Captain Brad Collins was raised in Lake Forest, California, graduating from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science in 1992, and later received his Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College in 2006.

    A native of San Antonio, Texas, Command Master Chief Vidaurri enlisted in the United States Navy in June 1990.  Upon completion of boot camp, he attended Signalman “A” school in Orlando, Florida.
