Phase 1 check-in at CNIC HQ covers actions that must be completed before incoming personnel can be granted access to NMCI computer accounts and equipment. Print out the Contractor Phase 1 Check-In sheet to use as a checklist as you proceed.
Phase 1 is organized into pre-arrival and on-site actions, some of which apply only to certain personnel. Pre-arrival activities should begin as far in advance of your start date as possible. After completing both pre-arrival and on-site Phase 1 requirements, return your initialed check-in sheet to the HQ Check-In/Out Coordinator. Begin Phase 1 check-in by selecting Pre-Arrival below or at left.
All Phase 1 check-in requirements should be completed within five business days of your arrival at CNIC Headquarters.
