The CNIC Human Capital Strategic Plan (HCSP) Fiscal Years 2017-2022 is part of a multi-year initiative that will allow the command to optimize its resources for efficient and effective mission achievement by projecting long-term, data-supported planning and management of the total workforce.
The plan provides a framework and way ahead for the command to achieve a vision of being recognized as an elite organization represented by an empowered, engaged, inclusive and agile team. In short, the vision is to be an organization that attracts top talent and where top-talented people want to remain.
The CNIC Human Capital Strategic Plan provides lines of efforts and objectives to address the CNIC Strategic Guidance and CNO Navy Civilian Workforce Framework with emphasis on strengthening the Navy team. The lines of efforts are: Talent Acquisition and Retention; Employee Training and Education; Employee Engagement; Leadership Enrichment; and Diversity and Inclusion.
