    A certain amount of stress is normal and even necessary for survival.  However, stress may cause individuals and families to be in crisis.  This webinar will discuss ways to manage stress and remain resilient as a Navy family.
  • Effective Communication in the Military Family, August 8, at 1 p.m. EDT
    Learn how to build child resiliency and develop effective communication skills.
  • Deployment: Navigating Your New Normal, August 21, at 2 p.m. EDT
    This class will assist parents in helping their children and Sailor reintegrate upon homecoming.
