The CNIC Navy Housing program mission is to provide housing and related services in support of the Navy's mission and readiness.
The Navy Housing Service Center (HSC) are located at most installations. The HSCs are staffed with trained professionals; experts in providing housing services, locating desirable homes and neighborhoods to choose from and assisting in the process of determining what is most important in your housing search, then matching your priorities with the choices available.
NAVY HOUSING NEWS
12/10/20 - The annual Public-Private Venture (PPV) Tenant Satisfaction Survey (TSS) will be conducted from Dec. 10, 2020 through Jan. 31, 2021, and CNIC is calling on all tenants of Navy PPV housing to participate.
8/14/20 - After reviewing the policy coverage, LMH determined that residents would be better served with a policy provided by a third party company of their choosing, which is consistent with the local rental markets who do not bundle renters insurance in their leases.

4/15/20 - Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) recently launched Navy MWR at Home – Stay Connected, which is a one-stop website designed to help keep military community members up-to-date and even entertained during the COVID-19 pandemic.
2020 Resident Satisfaction Survey is Underway - Survey has now ended.
3/20/20 - The 2020 Resident Satisfaction Survey (RSS) is underway for all unaccompained housing residents and Navy government-owned family housing residents. Check your email inbox as housing surveys are now digital.
3/5/20 - The Secretary of Defense and Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Installation, Energy and Facilities) have issued the orderly suspension of the Resident Energy Conservation Program in compliance with the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act. The Department of the Navy (DON) has directed Navy privatized (PPV) housing project companies suspend the live billing of the resident energy conservation program (RECP).
2/11/20 - Navy and Marine Corps leaders met with privatized housing company executives at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling Feb. 5 as part of the Department of the Navy’s strategy to develop long-term improvements across the enterprise.
1/17/20 - The Navy is on track to hire more than half the existing number of housing staff to provide better support for families living in privatized Navy housing.
10/07/19 - Defense Secretary Dr. Mark T. Esper and the secretaries of the Army, Navy and Air Force met with privatized housing project owners at the Pentagon Oct. 2 to discuss the status of actions being taken to reform the delivery of privatized housing under the Military Housing Privatization Initiative.
09/27/19 JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — As part of the on-going effort to improve residents’ housing experience, the Navy kicked off a new course this week at Naval Air Station Jacksonville on conducting housing inspections.
