Search/Enroll in Navy Training Classes
Risk Management Information (RMI) allows external viewing of and enrollment in Traffic Safety Classes (MSF-Motorcycle, AAA Driver and EVOC Emergency Vehicle) from the above link. Regional/host commanders provide COMNAVSAFECEN-approved traffic safety training at no cost to all military and DON civilian personnel seeking on-base driving privileges. All other civilian personnel seeking on-base driving privileges, including retired members of DoD and dependents, may participate in motorcycle training at no charge by the Navy on a space available basis or obtain training elsewhere at the individual's own expense.
Complete Motorcycle Census Only
Allows personnel to complete a Motorcycle Census if they have never completed one before.
Update/Review Scheduled Training and Motorcycle Census
Allows personnel that have previously enrolled in a traffic class or completed a Motorcycle Census to view their scheduled or wait listed training, update Motorcycle Census, remove themselves from class, or view completed training.
Unregistered users click this link to create an AFSAS account using their CAC:
* https://afsas.safety.af.mil
* After clicking “Accept” in the lower left corner, the AFSAS User Agreement will open.
* In the “Create Basic AFSAS Account” window, fill in all required fields (indicated by a red asterisk) and clicking the “Continue Creating Basic Account” button in the lower right corner.
* Review each paragraph of the User Agreement, clicking each checkbox to indicate understanding.
* Click the “Continue to AFSAS” link to open the Account Validation page, fill out all required fields (Employment Status, Grade, etc.).
* In the last sub-section of the profile page, click “Other (Motorcycle Rider/Student/SPO Engineer) box.
* Select “Workspace: US Navy/Marines” (to access Navy motorcycle training), enter justification (“Need to register for training”), click “Save”.
* Click the arrow “>” below the RMI logo in the upper left corner to open the menu, click “Training”, click on “Search Training Classes”.
* Users can search by many parameters, including “motorcycle” in Class Name and sorting the results by clicking on “Class Location, Base”
