The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Programs are responsible for ensuring that viable and effective EEO services and programs are being provided to and implemented, respectively, for all Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa, Southwest Asia (CNREURAFSWA) personnel. Policy memorandums and implementing guidance are published or updated by CNREURAFSWA and EEO Office Director and disseminated to all servicing organizations.
