Program Restoration and Activity Event Request (AER)
In an effort to expedite and expand the decisional review capacity for programs or activities that are conducted on or in NSA Naples host-command grounds, facilities, and spaces; please utilize the fillable PDF below, Program Restoration and Activity/Event Request (AER), to officially submit your organizational request.
This AER form is applicable for all activities, events, and program restorations (such as: clubs; meetings; ceremonies; gatherings; fundraising; sports; etc.) that are not otherwise covered and approved in the CNIC Reset Plan according to “stage,” and will serve as a single point of reference and assurance for the community, your organization, and the Installation Commanding Officer.
Please populate the AER form with all details and mitigations for your function and submit the completed and digitally-signed form to the Installation Emergency Management team utilizing the following distro: M-NA-NSA-OPS-AER-GS@OCONUS.NAVY.MIL (M-NA-NSA-OPS-AER-GS@OCONUS.NAVY.MIL)
Once received, the contents of the form will be evaluated against current HPCON guidance, OPORDs, and HN DPCMs by the ICO’s advisors to determine the achievability of the request and identify a risk level – adjustments or compromises may need to be made to achieve approval.
Additional dates for the same activity may be submitted on one single submission, however, separate activities should not be combined into a single request - e.g. fundraising and games should be submitted independently to avoid delays in processing. Please contact NSA Naples Emergency Management utilizing the distro address provided above to address any questions or technical issues during the submission process.
