How do I get access on the base?

Is there a rental car facility on board?

Yes. Europcar Rental is available at the Air Terminal, Capodichino and is also available at the Navy Exchange,
Navy Support Site.

How is the parking situation on base?

Limited parking is available on NSA Naples but fair at the Navy Support Site. There are two parking garages at NSA Naples; one located near the main gate and one at the back gate.

What dining facilities on base are available if I arrive after 1800?

The Bella Napoli food court is open until 2300. MWR has a short-order dining facility that is open until 2300 daily.

Is taxi service available on base?

Yes. MUTO Travel is available at: (39)-339-161-8395

**Please note that taxi fares in Naples is higher than what you may expect from US rates.

Is there a place for money exchange, from dollar to EURO?

Changing Dollars to Euro can be made through various banks located in Admin Buildings or at the Navy Exchange in Support Site. There are also ATMs located on both Capodichino and Support Site.

If scheduled departure from the activity is later than the
prescribed check out time from the facility, is there any
place where to hold baggage temporarily so that I can
check out from the room?

Yes and it is highly encouraged to do so. Just simply ask the reception desk for info and its location.

I may have left some personal stuff in the room and
didn’t find out after I arrived home, do you have a
lost and found in place where I can check?

Although we are not responsible for any items left in the room, we still utilize the lost and found for any item turned in to us by our staff. Items are held until a claim is received and arrangement of shipment will be arranged through the expense of the claimant. All unclaimed items after 30 days will be disposed of accordingly.

How do I get my mail forwarded to me?

Unfortunately, no mail service is provided to TDY/TAD personnel. We suggest mail be sent via the host command or offices.

How can I access my e-mail while I am at the activity?

The Capo Inn also has wireless internet.
