Base Chapel

Religious Services

The NSA Naples religious program provides a variety of religious activities and spiritual care in support of all members of the U.S. armed forces, as well as civilian employees and family members.

Types of divine worship services offered on base include Roman Catholic, Traditional Protestant, Contemporary Protestant, Hallelujah Full Gospel, Seventh-Day Adventist, Jewish and Zen Buddhist. You’ll receive a brochure during Area Orientation with the current schedule of services. The chapel also provides information about off-base worship opportunities. Additionally, many Bible study groups meet at various times and locations. Sunday school and Confraternity of Catholic Doctrine programs are offered at the Support Site. Joint Protestant/Roman Catholic Vacation Bible School is offered during the summer for preschool and elementary school-age children.

Club Beyond Youth Program is where friends, fun and faith connect. Consisting of ecumenical programs during the school year, meetings are open to all military teens regardless of religious background or affiliation. Club Beyond provides a casual atmosphere filled with energetic music, crazy games, and a chance for teens to hear a message from the Bible. Club Beyond also organizes special events year-round, including service projects, ski trips, summer camps and more.

Volunteers are an essential part of the command religious program. Positions are available in many areas, such as teaching religious education classes and assisting during worship services as a member of the choir, a lector, a reader or an usher. Other volunteer opportunities are available as well.

Your NSA Naples chaplains are also available for completely confidential counseling on work and life issues that concern you. Call the NSA Chaplain’s office at Commercial 081-568-3539. For emergencies, a chaplain can be reached any time by contacting the NSA Quarterdeck at Commercial 081-568-5547.
