    Rear Adm. Brian Fort is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Following commissioning through Officer Candidate School, he completed nuclear power training at Orlando, Florida, and Ballston Spa, New York. He earned a master’s degree from the Naval War College in National Security and Strategic Studies and is also a graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College.

  • Captain Brad Stallings

    Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff, U.S. Naval Forces, Japan 


    Capt. Stallings is a native of Attica, Ohio.  He is a 1995 graduate of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida with a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Management.  He also holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and completed the Total Ship’s System Engineering (TSSE) program from the U.S. Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.  Additionally, he holds a Master's in Military Studies from the Command and Staff College in Quantico, Virginia and is a   graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Virginia.

    Before being selected in his current position, Mr. Posthumus was the Deputy Commander for Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Twin Cities located in Bloomington, Minnesota.
