Welcome to Okinawa, Japan!
An Ombudsman is a voluntary representative of the Command, appointed by the Commanding Officer, to be a voice for you and your family to communicate to Chain of Command. The Ombudsman program is shaped by the Commanding Officer’s perception and the requirements of CFAO’s families. In addition to being a representative for families, the Ombudsman is also responsible for the dissemination of information, providing referrals and assisting families with the successful navigation of unique challenges.
It is an absolute honor to be elected as the CFAO Ombudsman and I’m fully committed to supporting our Command's mission, maintaining strict confidentiality and advocating for Sailors and Navy Families island-wide.
Please contact me before arriving to Okinawa so that I can assist you and your family with any of your relocation needs. My contact information is listed below.
