Receipts Personnel

Personnel permanently stationed aboard Fleet Activities Yokosuka should check-in with their Command Pass Coordinator (CPC) within 48 hours of reporting. CPCs will then submit receipts package to PSD Yokosuka Receipts Section for processing. Failure to do so could result in delays in starting/stopping pay entitlements and may cause overpayments. Receipts package include: Endorsed PCS Orders, flight itinerary, Travel Claim, Page 2, Serviceman Group Life Insurance if available, Family Entry Approval (if applicable), Page 13s (i.e. RAP Duty Page 13).
