Commanding Officer, HSC-12
Hailing from Saugus, California, Commander Haines graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science in History. He then reported to NAS Pensacola, FL for flight training in October 2001. He earned his Naval Aviator wings in February 2003 and in March 2003, CDR Haines reported to the HS-10 “Warhawks” for initial fleet training as an SH-60F / HH-60H Anti-submarine and combat search and rescue pilot.
Executive Officer, HSC-12
A native of Delran, New Jersey, Commander Ott graduated and was commissioned from the United States Naval Academy in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics. CDR Ott reported to NAS Pensacola, FL for flight training in October, 2003. He earned his Naval Pilot Wings in August 2005. In September 2005, CDR Ott reported to the HS-10 “Warhawks” for initial fleet training as an H-60F/H pilot.
Command Master Chief, HSC-12
Command Master Chief (AW/SW) Edward P. Bazile is a native of New York, and raised in the borough of Queens. In June 1997, he graduated from Springfield Gardens high school and enlisted in the United States Navy October 23, 1997. Upon completion of Basic Training Command, Great Lakes Illinois, he reported to Seaman Apprentice School, also in Great Lakes.
