PSD Atsugi Command Mission:
The Personnel Support Detachment Atsugi’s mission is to provide primary pay and personnel services to approximately 1,400 permanently assigned personnel at 41 customer commands and auxiliary support and approximately 1,800 personnel assigned to Fleet Aviation Units. We are a "one stop" service organization that maintains pay and personnel records for the Forward Deployed Naval Forces (FDNF) stationed aboard NAF Atsugi, Camp Fuji and Squadrons attached to MCAS Iwakuni. Functions include military payroll and travel payments to military and civilian personnel, military educational support/examination services, passenger transportation administration and processing and issuance of Government Transportation Requests. Additionally, PSD Atsugi provides official passport acquisition and renewal, Multiple Exit/Reentry stamps and other miscellaneous correspondence related to personnel/pay matters and administration.
PSD Atsugi is part of the U.S. Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC) headquartered in Millington, TN.

Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri: 0800 - 1600.
Wed: 0900 – 1600.
- Saturday, Sunday and Holidays – Closed
- Monthly Command CPPAs training is held on the last Thursday of every month
