Navy Region Center Singapore's MWR department puts together a host of family-friendly commuity events year-round.  There are monthly 2K/5K/10K fun runs; bi-annual community fun days of games and food, and the largest event of all, the annual 4th of July celebration, co-hosted by the American Association of Singapore.

In addition, several command's recreation committees and community non-profit groups hold quarterly events for families in the Sembawang military community.  Check the 'blue screen' CATV channel for the most current listing of upcoming events.
