Voluntary Leave Transfer

The Voluntary Leave Transfer Program allows Federal employees to donated unused annual leave to other Federal employee who is absent from duty without available paid leave because of the medical emergency is or is expected to be at least 24 hours.  To become a leave recipient, employee or a personal representative needs to submit a written application and supporting documentations to N133 after endorsed by immediate supervisor and Department Head.
