Each activity is required to develop their Annual Training Plan and report to Workforce Development, CNRJ. Workforce Development, CNRJ is responsible to compile these plans Into the Regional Training Plan.
For Other Organizations
Workforce Development, CNRJ conducts a Training Needs Survey annually to facilitate the development of a regional training schedule for the next fiscal year. Participation of each activity in this effort is critical to assist activities in locating resources and coordinating the delivery of the training. Workforce Development, CNRJ consolidates all requirements and identifies the best vendor costs when planning procurement of training for each fiscal year.
What information we need
Workforce Development, CNRJ will provide a data collection format to Command Training POCs.
