    Capt. Michael Witherspoon is a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and enlisted in the United States Navy in October 1986.  He was commissioned through the first Seaman to Admiral Program in 1995.  Witherspoon assumed command of Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story on June 25, 2020.

    Deputy Commander, Joint Expedtionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story


     

    Lt. Col. Bryan T. Donohue received his commission through the Army ROTC program at George Mason University in 1998. He was commissioned as an active duty Army Aviator and attended flight school receiving his rating in the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter.

    Cmdr. Hair grew up in Charlotte, N.C., and enlisted in the United States Navy in June 1991. In October 2002, under the Limited Duty Officer program, he was promoted to Ensign.

    Command Master Chief, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story


    Master Chief Karl W. Parsons, a native of Portsmouth, Virginia enlisted in the United States Navy in January 1990. After completing basic training at Recruit Training Command, Orlando, Florida, he attended CTO "A" school at Naval Technical Training Center Pensacola Florida and reported to Guam.
