The CDY offers a wide variety of recreational activities, school-age care, day camps, teen programs, instructional classes, and special family events. The summer program features the Drug Education for Youth (DEFY) Program sponsored and funded by the Department of Justice and the Drug Reduction Task Force. School-age care and day camps focus on a variety of age appropriate activities to enhance children ages 5 - 12 years-old (K-6th grade) cognitive, social, emotional and physical development. Our open recreation program is open to youth ages 9-12 and our teen program is open to ages 13-18. Both programs after youth and teens the opportunity to participate in field trips, special events, sports and membership in our youth or teen leadership councils. Subase NLON's before and after-school program is accredited by the Council on Accreditation. We are affiliated with the Boys & Girls Club of America (B&GCA) and 4-H.
