The Naval Submarine Base New London (SUBASENLON) Stormwater Annual Report required under the General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) has been made available for comment for 30 days, beginning 15 Feb. The Annual Report is available on the SUBASENLON webpage on the CNIC website (https://www.cnic.navy.mil/).
